evidence-based support that empowers families from pregnancy through early
parenthood.
We are committed to educating, encouraging, and advocating for parents by
providing personalized birth support, postpartum care, and infant sleep
education that promotes confidence, healthy beginnings, and lasting peace
within the family.
By combining over 30 years of nursing experience with compassionate doula
care and family-centered sleep coaching, our goal is to help parents feel
informed, supported, and empowered through every stage of their journey. (As

Meet your doula
Carla Shelton, LVN
For more than 30 years, I have been blessed to serve families as a License Vocational nursse. Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure to have cared for patients in postpartum, newborn nursery, telemetry, medical-surgical, oncology, and case management. These experiences have given me the opportunity to care for individuals and families during some of life’s most joyful moments, as well as some of its greatest challenges.
